Whistleblower Policy

1. Purpose

EVOLUZIONS WORLDWIDE LOGISTICS PVT . LTD. (“EVOLUZIONS”) is committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and transparency. This Whistleblower Policy is established to provide a safe and secure channel for employees, contractors, and stakeholders to report concerns regarding any actual or suspected misconduct within the organization, including violations of laws, regulations, internal policies, or ethical standards.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all employees, directors, contractors, consultants, suppliers, clients, and any other stakeholders of EVOLUZIONS.

3. Definitions

Whistleblower: A person who raises concerns regarding any unethical or illegal activity within the organization.

Protected Disclosure: A report of alleged wrongdoing, including but not limited to, fraud, corruption, abuse, discrimination, harassment, or any violations of company policy or law.

4. Reportable Conduct

Reportable conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Fraud, financial malpractice, or accounting irregularities

• Violation of regulatory compliance, safety, and environmental policies

• Unauthorized disclosure of confidential information

• Harassment, discrimination, or other workplace misconduct

• Any activity that may harm the reputation of EVOLUZIONS.

5. Reporting Procedure

6. Confidentiality and Anonymity

EVOLUZIONS is committed to protecting the confidentiality of the whistleblower to the fullest extent possible. The whistleblower may choose to remain anonymous, and their identity will only be disclosed with their consent or as required by law.

7. Investigation Process

• Upon receiving a report, the Compliance or Human Resources team will conduct a preliminary assessment.

• If deemed necessary, a full investigation will be conducted by an appointed investigator.

• The findings of the investigation will be documented, and appropriate action will be taken if the report is substantiated.

• The whistleblower will be informed of the outcome unless they have chosen to remain anonymous or confidentiality requirements prevent disclosure.

8. Protection from Retaliation

EVOLUZIONS strictly prohibits retaliation against any individual who, in good faith, reports a concern or participates in an investigation under this policy. Any form of retaliation will result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.

9. False Reporting

Making false reports with malicious intent is a serious offense. Employees found to have made false allegations knowingly will be subject to disciplinary actions.

10. Policy Review

This policy will be reviewed annually to ensure its effectiveness and compliance with legal requirements and may be revised as needed.
